Hotels in Parma were hard to locate, so we were glad to find this one. It was basic and clean, but nothing to write home about. This time we were it Italy for 3 weeks, 8 hotels and this was the least inspired. more

The front desk clerk was very helful in getting us train information, the room was very clean, upscale bedding, etc. The only minor complaint....no coffee maker in the room. more
