Roberto does everything he can to majestic your stay the best possible.. Totally redone rooms with all modern conveniences except lights over bathroom sink but that is true across Europe. Very clean rooms, comfortable common area and fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit and a wonderful coffee machine. Happy with our choice.

We returned with our family to Parma in early June 2014 after first visiting in 2011, and knew we wanted to return to the Opera B&B! We met Roberto outside the B&B on Strada Garibaldi. Like our first visit, Roberto was very friendly and helpful. The B&B was just as nice as we remembered it. The breakfast was delicious! The... More

My husband and I had a two night stay at Opera B&B. Beatifully renovated with all modern ameneties and a lovely tiny balcony on the courtyard of the building. Great quality bed and linen. Roberto was the PERFECT host, making us feel so welcome and he made great suggestions re places and restaurants to visit. Space to store a bicycle... More

Staying at this little gem is always an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of Parma, near great restaurants ( Zingaro was excellent), boutiques and gelaterie! The B&B is functional and beautifully decorated , the rooms and bathrooms spotless. Roberto and Francesca are wonderful hosts, going the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.... There was a misunderstaning on the communication of the arrival time between the B&B and us. We ( my husband and I ) almost cancelled the reservation. But we decided to stay and we were happy that we made a good decision ! positive : location - in the centre of Parma, with a lot of nice restaurants, shops, sights... More

Fabulous location right in the heart of Parma, spotlessly clean modern room and Roberto the host could not have been more helpful. So glad we found this place, I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This B&B is in the heart of Parma, surrounded by excellent restaurants, walking distance to the train, opera house, and duomo. The rooms are modern, comfortable, nice bathrooms, and air conditioning. A light breakfast is brought into the common room, and there is coffee/tea/water available all day long in the common room. The owner, Roberto is proud of his city,... More

We arrived in Parma by train and walked to the easily found, centrally located yet quiet B&B Opera in about fifteen minutes: left out of the train station and straight down Via Garibaldi to the entrance opposite the Botero statue (see picture). Roberto, our host, had asked us to call to confirm the time we would arrive; we dropped that... More

The B&B is very well tendered, clean, full of light. We had a small balcony on a small yard. Roberto, the landlord, is extremely helpful and generous. We had free (Nespresso) coffee, yogurts, fruits, juice available all day.

I've just returned from a trip to Italy with stays in Cernobbio by Lake Come, Mil ano, Bologna, and Parma, and the latter was by far the best part of the trip. Not only because Parma is such a charming and beautiful little city with outstanding art and great food, and, adding to that, wonderfully overlooked by other tourists. But... More
