The hotel is right in the center and has, in principle all the amenities for a 4 star hotel. It is a pity that the room, and especially the bathroom, was very dirty and run down with dirty grouting and a shower that leaked. The front desk service was particularly disinterested. Will not go back.

Whilst the hotel itself is in a odd area of Parma it's only 10 minutes from central Parma. For business it's good because it's quiet and the barman Marco is a one man riot.the resteraunt is okay and the staff are helpful and attentive. Good value for money, if on business.

This hotel looks more like a motel than a 4 star hotel. The room was very small and with basic equipment. The soundproofing was not existent, all night I could hear what was happening in the nearby rooms. The location is also bad, since it is 20 minutes from the city center and in a really ugly surrounding. And all... More

Parma was to be a one night stop on our way to Ravenna so we were not particularly picky about our hotel though as we were travelling with our two small kids (4 and 2), the room would have to be a family room. Which is why we picked the BW. The photos available for its family room are accurate... More

We stayed one night at the Best Western hotel Farnese when we were going on our way to Cinque Terre. We just wanted to sleep somewhere, and as we never been to Parma we decided about this hotel. The hotel is very modern decorated. The room wasn't that big, but it was ok. Everything was nice and clean. The only... More

OK, the location isn't desirable, rather out of the way. But, provided you have a car, the location is an acceptable sacrifice so as to enjoy a hotel that ticks all the boxes for a very sensible price. The staff were great, the pool; was nice, the room was good, perfectly clean with a nice bathroom and breakfast was great.... More

A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring Parma. We were visiting a friend who lived in central Parma and it was only 15/20 minutes to walk in ( although the hotel does offer bikes). The room was of a high standard and the facilities the hotel offered were excellent. The price of the room was very reasonable.... More

I stayed here with my family and we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were of a very high quality, they actually felt like a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was well appointed. Tr only point for improvement would be to have a screen rather than a curtain for the shower. Breakfast was ok although some of the... More

This hotel is far from the city, which I didn't realize when booking. Fortunately we had a car. Welcome and service upon check in was almost rude which was a first for us in all our years traveling in Italy, very strange. The hotel was fine, nothing special, the location kind of in the middle of nowhere. We could only... More

We stayed there for only one night on our way to the coast, and wouldn’t want to stay any longer. There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself, it’s clean, modern, has a nice pool and a good restaurant but the area is rather on the rough side and didn’t feel very safe.
