The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant has great food and wonderful people to serve you. The hotel (common grounds and the rooms) are very clean. Carpet in the room could be updated, but the staff and cleanliness won me over on this one!

I stay at this hotel for two weeks and I can say that I felt at home. The staff is very nice and always attentive to my needs. If I had to go back to Parma i would stay at the hotel. Its clean, nice, comfortable. Highly recomended.

A good hotel. Lovely reception area and a well priced hotel. Rooms clean and great shower. Rooms are not huge, but nicely appointed. Reasonable fitness centre (at least there was one!). A good mid class hotel.

Stayed overnight while passing through to go to Rome.
