As expected from BW, the room (double) standard was good, breakfast aplenty and good quality, you can't fault the hotel for it. The location is not exactly 'convenient' for the town centre, but there is a bus stop just 4 minutes walk down the road so not too bad. One let-down: the hotel gives a complimentary bus ticket but they... More

We arrived in september a group 6 adults and 3 children. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good quality with a big choice of fruits . Information was also top notch at desk. Too cold to swim but pool looked fantastic. Everything was perfect.

Stayed her for 2 nights in Feb on business with a colleague. The hotel is about a 20 min walk from the centre of Parma (get a map before you take the walk, to help with directions). The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were a good size, and came with free WiFi ( a little bit slow, but... More

This was an impressive hotel for the price. It is a bit out of the way, with at least a 20 minute walk to the center. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom and the breakfast was great. Reception was excellent, nothing was too much for them. Would definately stay again if the opportunity arose.

This hotel is well located to the area and road network. I only stayed for one night but it is a clean hotel which is very modern. The room was spacious and cleAn with a very inviting bed. There is a broad network of tv channels for all languages. The wifi is free and easy to connect to. The facilities... More

The location isn't in the middle of Parma (a lovely city) but its not too far. Its close environs aren't very scenic, but there are plenty of good things about the hotel. Comfortable room of a reasonable size, clean bathroom, and the wifi works well. Best thing about my one night stay was the excellent buffet breakfast. Cereal, multiple choices... More

I stayed for 2 nights during a scientific meeting. The location is so so as you are not in downtown Parma. You need to walk some 10 minutes to be in downtown. Does not seem much, but you have to go under a highway so not very good to do it at night. Always need a taxi. The internet is... More

Every single staff member I met was helpful and polite. They all spoke English ranging from serviceable to outstanding. Dinner and breakfast were both of good quality. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little bit too hard for my taste. The free Internet was very slow (about 0.25 meg down), but consistent. It was tolerable for... More

This was the second time in this hotel and it remains typically one of those hotels where you really do not feel welcome. The front desk staff are arrogant and formally polite but not really available. Moreover, I had to park the car so that my wife was alone and nobody offered to help her with the heavy luggage. The...
