Perfect in every way. Cannot find anything to put my finger on. No matter your taste in decor, the service and accommodations was excellent. It seemed as the hotel had thought of everything. We had a mini suite that was really huge. Very nice bed, and very big. A pillow menu made it possible to sleep very well. Nice bath... More

This hotel had good 4 star accommodation with clean and spacious rooms. Its close to town while not being in it. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. The resturant got our meals wrong for room service though and the standard of the food wasn't great. The breakfast buffet was pretty much empty by the time... More

We had a great week staying here and enjoyed the plush marble surrounds .The bathrooms are terrific with the big bath and bidet ,we had a vast comfy bed and the pillow choice was fantastic, trendier more fashionable hotels would benefit from a pillow menu. The breakfast selection is good and the staff friendly and more than happy to get you... More

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel has a touch of yesteryear about it, when people traveled in style and hotels were all about providing a home away from home. Large comfortable rooms. WiFi wasn't free, but only cost 6euro for 24hrs. Good breakfast. Great location - city center just a 10min walk.

I stayed here for a weekend break with my husband. The hotel is truly dated...stuck in the early 80s. It really needs to embrace a new era. The decor and furniture is just so old fashioned and needs replacing. As far as I'm concerned this is certainly not plush or posh but simply dated and in need of a facelift.... More

Very plush hotel but no atmosphere. Stayed here for two nights, the first night we were the only two people in the bar and had to find a barman who showed little interest in serving us, the second night there was six people but again it was so quiet hence there being no atmosphere. The bedroom we had was big... More

I rarely rate a hotel or restaurant poorly. This hotel was clean and the room was nice. It is located close enough to walk through the park to the old town. There are several positives. But, when we went to check in, our concierge was very rude to my husband. Normally, when you are being checked in, the concierge can... More

We spent two nights in this lovely hotel in the centre of Parma, and slept so well that we were almost late for breakfast, twice! I think that must be one of the best recommendations for spending a night in a hotel! There is even a choice of pillows - we had latex. Others have described the rooms perfectly so... More

I stayed here on an Insight Vacations tour. It is a great hotel. Clean, good bar, friendly hotel staff, nicely decorated Yes it seems in a a little bit of a time warp, but I liked that aspect of it. The breakfast buffet was very good and filling. The only disappointing aspect of it was the weak caffe americano.

Spent a few days in Parma on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. The service was excellent and the interiors could be describe as dated but I find the period art deco interior was great. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The bathrooms are large and well fitted. The restaurant catered for my food allergies and made special... More
