Booked this hotel based on the trip advisor reviews, was a short walk to the Historic town centre, through a very picturesque park. The hotel itself, is slightly dated but not in a bad way and all the décor is well kept and looked after and the hotel is clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and all spoke very... More

Although the Deco for this hotel is slightly dated, it is a lovely hotel. The rooms were lovely and big. Clean and the bathroom a good size, although the bath was quite narrow. All the hotel staff were lovely and helpfull. The breakfast gave a large choice and was fresh and tasty. It is situated very close about 15 min... More

Large comfortable en suite room. Air conditioning, breakfast inclusive with some room rates. Comfortable public areas in lounge & bar. Lifts, but only fire escape stairs. Our 5 night stay was just fine. Hotel is on bus route from airport, or taxi at 11 euros approx. Rear access door to large park, which is a pleasant 15 minute walk to... More

Not a bad hotel, old world, large rooms but without any character. The reception staff were quite helfull. A long walk to the centre of Parma, its best to take transport. It is Ok for a short stay. The supermarket across the street is good place to shop.

Stayed in this hotel twice now in two weeks for one night each time. Its clean comfortable and the rooms large but characterless typical hotel anywhere in the world. The wifi is not good in the rooms and signal very unreliable. Breakfast was ok plenty of choice but typical Italian with hams and cheese. Car parking is in an underground... More

Step back into yesteryear with this small and well managed hotel. It is located in the modern part of the city, but conveniently located to the park that connects with the Old City section. The standard rooms are have comfortable beds and the bathroom is spacious and well outfitted (all European bathrooms come with a bidet as well).

My wife and I stayed here last month as part of our honeymoon. The hotel decor was somewhat dated but the room itself was comfortable. The hotel seemed to cater to business travelers more so than tourists. The front desk staff were polite but not always able to accommodate requests. On the negative side one of the bartenders was incredibly... More

Well I enjoyed my stay. Old style but well maintained. Efficient receptionist, spacious room bearing in mind you are in Italy, not a noisy district, free albeit a bit slow WIFI, very good breakfast, 5 minutes walk to train station, 15 min to city center, a pleasant park close by and a big supermarket just in front of it. I... More

The hotel is very nice, with a bit of a vintage air. The rooms are very nice and spacious, with big, comfortable beds. The place is not in the center: this is an advantage if you have a car (but there are few parking spaces for free outside, otherwise the underground parking of the hotel has a fee); on the... More

Starhotels Du Parc is very convenient to the Parma train station, and it's an easy stroll through the Ducal Park to the center of town. If you don't want to stay in the city center, this is a good alternative. The hotel looks a little dated, but it's not bad. The public rooms are big, the hotel rooms are actually... More
