Staying here alone for four nights was not something i was looking forward to on arrival at the hotel. My colleague and i quickly nick-named this place after a very famour tv programme around a rather characterful hotel! The accomodation was basic and rather dated, the bathroom was certainly looking a little tired. The drinks in the bar were incredibly... More

I'm glad I only had to stay 2 days at this hotel. We loved our stay in Parma, and we liked the location of this hotel. But it has zero charm. And the staff has zero charm. The photo of the room that they show on the website is perhaps the one room in the hotel that has been updated.... More

I spent €3,60 for a half-liter bottle of water!! The staff is minimally courteous but a handy location.

Wanting to go to Parma was solely based on food (as it should be). We were on our honeymoon and though the honeymoon was a 2-week trip, we had no plans outside of Florence our arrival city and we're going to live by the moment. Decide on a whim "let's do __ today" and Parma was a destination we decided... More

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The position is great - close to the station, and the centre of Parma, but that's where it ends. The rooms are poorly decorated and jaded with shabby furnishings (we were there for 9 days and had 2 small drawers and a shelf in a battered armoire). The accomodation definitely does not resemble... I felt I compelled to write a review since I saw the negative ones of a hotel my husband and I have enjoyed during numerous stays. We have always had a lovely spacious room (we request the same room and always have been accommodated), friendly service and great buffet breakfast. Plus the hotel is so convenient to the train station... More

We booked this hotel online on the fly while already on the way to Parma. We just needed a place for one night, the location seemed good and the rooms looked nice online! All I can say is "big mistake"! We should have taken the clue from the dirty rundown looking hotel facade and turn around when we got there.... More

We internet booked a Deluxe Room for 5 nights based upon the Web Pictures (our originally desired hotel was fully booked). The room was small, too small for the price we were paying. We stayed the night, meanwhile we checked our originally desired hotel and found out a jr. suite was available and at substantially lower price. We made arangements... More

Great location around the corner from the main street attractions. But very noisy street location with people walking down at all hours of the night. No sleep since you must keep the window open with no aircon to run. Very average looking hotel with small rooms, not the elegant hotel touted on the website. Nice buffet breakfast, but the staff...
