We loved the Hotel Toscanini and Parma! The hotel is such an electic mix of euro designs that is so pleasing, and the rooms very nicely updated, a favorite look for us. Value priced and superb breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Silence, in the middle of the town,Good location. .

Pleasant, safe, and great walking location. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel faces the dry river and is a great location to discover Parma. Staff is a little less experienced than you find in some larger cities, but they try. Good choice.

Stayed 3 nights in October. It is a little bland, but staff is fine and very clean. Internet in European hotels still is a little hit and miss; 6 hour log-in max, high speed but a little pokey.
