This b&b is outside the city center of Parma so, as stated before, you must have transportation. The innkeeper is a really nice lady who will gladly recommend places to eat in town. The actual rooms are in a separate building from the main house, the rooms are large, with large bathrooms and the setting is really nice. The breakfast... More

First of all, Elena is the star of the show. She is a bundle of energy with a smile that lights up the room. She is funny, warm, caring, the perfect host. That being said, the property is a close second. The house itself is beautiful, meticulously maintained with lovely grounds. We were there in November, so no pool time,... More

The good -- this place was immaculately clean, very well maintained and our room was generous by local standards. They have nice outdoor space too. The okay -- the breakfast included fresh squeezed orange juice (if you ask), fresh yogurt with two choices of jam and one choice of granola, two cheese choices, simple eggs however you want and and... We did not stay here but took a cooking class that Elena the owner offers. It was great a memory to cherish for all time.. Everyone of us had great fun and I would definitely stay here in future. Great rustic charm and Elena and her family who live there too are wonderful. We enjoyed our home cooked meal immensely... More

Beautiful bed and breakfast with clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. We also took a cooking class from the owner and it was one of the most fun and best experiences to learn about food of Parma. Beautiful grounds to relax and read

Wow!! Don't miss the chance to take a cooking class with Elena Marie Ciotti in her mid 19th century bread and breakfast home. We had so much fun learning how to prepare, make and cook a variety of her delicious Italian specialties . She is absolutely charming. We even met her husband and three of her beautiful children. And, we... More

If you are looking for a place to relax away from all the hustle of the large city chaos but still be close to all the Parma sights Villino is the place! Beautiful welcome and beautiful ambiance! Elena and staff were most helpful in arranging tours, restaurants and cooking class. Do not miss this little hidden jewel!!

We really enjoy the stay. Convenient location to visit the area. Very nice room and breakfast, with some homemade itens. You better have a GPS to find your way around, but once done it's easy to come and go to your sites.

We found this little gem on the internet and was impressed even with high expectations. The lady of the house welcomed us, took great car eof us and upon entering the property it was as walking into a secret garden. Small, cosy, high quality, attentive and a quite and beautiful oase just of a small suburb street. Highly recommended for... More
