We found this place in the Lonely Planet and were not disappointed. A very chic, stylish botique style hotel. The room was fairly small but we had a balcony and the room was tastefully furnished. The staff were helpful, and breakfast was simple but nice. You cant beat the location either - right in the heart of Modena.

We chose this hotel based on the TA reviews and its location 50m from our friends' flat in Central Modena. The room was small but comfortable, clean and with a well-equipped bathroom. We thought this was a great little hotel in a perfect location in Modena. It's easy to find and the carpark is right next door so good for driving in. The room was clean, tidy, nice and quiet and perfect for our stay.

center of town---- smalll, ultra modern---- minimal buffet for breakfast but hey.... great little place . Desk host & hostess , more than willing to be of service... stay here again? absolutely!!!!

Hotel Cervetta 5 once again exceeded all our expectations, yes it has no lift but two flights of stairs are hardly a problem especially when the staff is more than ready to help with luggage. When I arrived, I thought the hotel was a bit basic - rooms clean but small. Same for bathroom. No elevator. I even looked up "boutique hotel" to see what it meant. But after 2 nights there I was charmed. Staff were SO nice and helpful, water was free, continental-type breakfast so fresh that I loved it. Excellent coffee too.... More
