Stayed with my family for two nights. Staff were welcoming and helpful even with our poor Italian. Hotel is clearing going through some modernisation with some work still to be done. Breakfast was good. Decoration is good. A couple of catches: the internet was unstable with frequent down times on the access points. The room safe did not work and... More

Perfect for a brief visit to Modena and its surroundings as it's very close to the train station and most of Modena's attaractions. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are quite small but comfortable enough, and wifi is accessible in all areas of the hotel. Recommended.

Location: +++ 5 mins from Modena train station. Enzo Ferrari Museum is also a 5 minute walk away; a shuttle bus departing every hour from the train station can get you to Museo Ferrari in Maranello in about half an hour. The city centre is a 10 minute walk away from the hotel - so even though you are not... More

It was a hit only choose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. The elevator was not working. Would fix it, but did not see anyone do that lasted three days our stay. Small, predetermined room, very small. Without any drawer shelf just could not get your luggage bag. Fortunately, full bath, well. But the breakfast, the worst... More

The best thing about this Hotel was its location just a 10 minute walk from the station but it was on the corner of two main roads so road and traffic noise resulted in having to close the windows and have the room quite stuffy. The staff member who checked us in could not help us in English but insisted... More

The location of the hotel is excellent for the station (about a five minute walk) and it's only about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the friendliest receptionists I think I've ever encountered; nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel is clean and modern, the room... More

A clean hotel in a good location but it was very noisy - lots of traffic the road and lots of drunk guests getting back at 2-3 am meant we didn't get much sleep. It was close to the Enzo Ferrari Museum and to the centre of town.

We were a bit disoriented when we left the train station, but guessed properly and went to the left and found the hotel. Short easy walk from station and easy walk to Ferrari Museum. Renovations obviously had been completed by November 2013, no road noises, and rooms were up to date. Staff was friendly, and efficient. Only reason not to... More

"Renovated rooms" are missing trim, shower hardware ready to fall off, bathroom flooring coming up, floor trim and door trim overlap, caulking poor... They need to be renovated AGAIN! Wifi did not work... Couldn't send a one sentence email. Power kept failing. Breakfast staff surly. When paying bill, the woman forgot to give back credit card and we didn't realize... More

First let me say that the receptionist was VERY friendly and wonderful, and even offered to drive me in her OWN CAR to my destination in Modena. That is pretty spectacular. The hotel is fine. But the pictures on its website, and the pictures on booking.com, make it seem really flashy, modern and glamorous. It is not. It is basic,... More
