Confortable room, very nice people, good restaurant, welcom drink at the restaurant, and close to the station. Very convenient for a stay in Modena. If you choose a room not on the road side it will be more quiet.

Being in Modena for a couple of days, we stayed in this very convenient hotel near the train station and the city center. So, I cordially recommend it to the visitors who need an accomodation in this pretty Italian town. The rooms were clean and well designed, though not all of them air-conditioned, the service by all the hotel staff... More

Hotel Europa is a nice little hotel in the old city portion of Modena, so it is a little difficult to find due to the many one-way streets in the old city. The rooms were clean and adequately sized, neither spacious nor tiny. The bathroom was small but everything functioned well and there was plenty of hot water for three... More

We stayed in the hotel for three nights, and they were pleasant. The staff is well trained, are extremely cordial and patiently answer all your questions. The breakfast buffet is quite good, but mostly consists of sweet dishes which may or may not suit everybody. In compensation they serve amazing caffe. The partition walls are very thin, hence as one... More

We knew we would arrive late and be gone after breakfast so all we wanted was a clean room a bed and close to station. So it is close to the station, the room was clean, bed and breakfast was OK. However the room was very small. Definite 3 star or less and overpriced for what you actually get compared... More

Dear Michael, we are really glad that we were able to satisfy almost all expectations during your stay. In relation to the rate applied it could be possible that this were a little bit higher than usual due to high request for that period. In normal periods we offer very often to all our guests on our website or also... More

I stayed at hotel europa with my colleague in may.. I can say it is a poor hotel for what you pay.. It looks old, it was more like a hostel where you pay 30 Euro to stay.. it was clean but felt like staying in a hospital more than a hotel with 3 stars with its white cold tiles..... More

This hotel really is OK, yes it could do with a face lift however having just spent three nights there the decor becomes part of the hotel's appeal. The rooms are spotless even if they are rather dated. Staff are excellent, so helpful and very friendly. This place is central and fine for a few days, I would stay again.......

I had a most pleasant stay at this Hotel. The staff were most friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. I especially enjoyed their sharp wit and quick sense of humour, a veritable plus from my perspective especially given my lack of fluency with the Italian language. To find multi linguists on the staff with an ironic twist of humour was... More

We recently stayed 2 nights in a triple room. The hotel is located very close to the train station, which is excellent, and not too far from the downtown core. The hotel offers free wifi for guests and the reception staff are very courteous. Some points of concern: - The building next door is being gutted and renovated. Construction begins... More

A budget hotel, comfortable rooms, good breakfasts included. Very close to the train station and close to the town centre. The hotel staff were very friendly and were able to direct us to where we wanted to go.
