Great locatios, no more than a 10 minute walk to the historic part of the city. Lots of great restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. The hosts were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. They offered excellent suggestions on places to eat and visit and helped with booking taxis. The rooms are very clean, and perfect size. The... More

The most welcoming place I've ever been. Great location! You are in a few minutes, in a walking distance, from the historic part of the city. The hosts are very helpful. They offered help in everything-calling the taxy, making a reservation in restaurants, advising what to visit, etc. The rooms are very well designed, very clean and well equiped.

On a recent trip to Bologna focused on food, 8 of us stayed at Palazzo Trevi. We found the rooms very clean, ample in size, with great, very bright bathrooms. Our room had a door opening onto a tiny balcony and 2 other windows which gave us fresh air. Another person on our trip requested synthetic covers since she is... More

We had been renting apartments in the other cities we visited on this trip to Italy. Bologna was new to us, and we thought it might be nice to have a "front desk" for questions and guidance. What a great find. A warm welcome, a lovely room, a comfortable little front lobby stocked with guidebooks, and an absolutely wonderful breakfast... More

There isn't a single negative thing to say about the Palazzo Trevi - it is of an extremely high standard. I would strongly recommend it to anyone staying in Bologna. The accommodation is comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the breakfasts are superb (and include the regional speciality hams and cheeses). The complimentary wine, chocolates and nibbles are an added bonus.... More

We booked via booking.com at fairly short notice and the owners did their very best to fit us in, including our request for a room with twin beds for my son and I. We stayed for a whole week, and booked a parking space. There's an extra charge for this, but it's in a secure private parking garage a short... More

From making the booking until leaving the owners could not do enough for us. They took our luggage in early and kept it after we left. They booked us in early and entertained us to breakfast; gave us detailed information about Bologna. We stayed in a most spacious and comfortable en suite room and enjoyed beautifully presented and delicious breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. A little gem perfectly placed for sightseeing. Everything is to such a high standard, the towels, the thoughtful complimentary snacks and drink plus the air-con was great. The fantastic service continued at breakfast, with such a choice of food and amazing coffee. Consuella and Francesco were so friendly and happy... More

Palazzo Trevi is a wonderful little hotel in the historic centre of Bologna. Located in a quiet residential area in the south west corner of the city, Palazzo Trevi was a little oasis from the extremely hot July weather. I had a room on the top floor of the hotel and it was quiet, comfortable and with much-needed air-conditioning. It... More

easy to find. Owner took us to private, secure car park. Very helpful, showed us everything in our apartment. Had double and single bed, shower room, kitchen and dining area, Sky TV, outside area. Very good breakfast which we could have on the terrace. Highly recommend this for Bologna, also for getting train into Florence.
