Good central Hotel short walk from main square, pleasant staff ,clean & comfortable very pleasant bar & roof terrace, restaurants within walking distance. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. Martina, Mariana and Michele were at the front desk, always smiling with your key ready to hand to you. Fantastic location - a couple of minutes walk from the main centre, two towers, piazza maggiore, restaurants etc. Hotel very clean, staff extremely helpful (spoke reasonable english). I don’t know if we were unlucky, but the room was pretty poor. A huge amount of money needs to be spent to bring the rooms from the 1970’s when they were last refurbished to the present day. A huge disappointment that it had a tiny telly (television to you Americans!!) no bath an ancient shower that did not work... more

After reading other reviews about this hotel i was very weary about booking it, but thought if it's in the centre i will save a fortune on taxi's etc. I was very pleasantly surprised the hotel was beautiful, our room was spotless and very spacious with a huge bathroom with power shower!
