It was our second visit to the hotel (both times passing through) and we were happy with it again. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. Reception were very welcoming and polite. The location is really good for us as through-travelers, and dinner at the nearby restaurant Cicco Fox was excellent. A little noisy in the early morning... We wewre int eh Picasso suites area...there are groups of rooms in smaller outbuildings away from the main hotel fro more privacy. The breakfast were included and very good for a heart start to the day. Our hostess, Mirka Selleri,... More

-Hotel located a little outside the city centre, but a half hour bus is easy enough and stops right outside the hotel. -Very cheap, so surprised at just how modern and clean the hotel is, room was huge, especially the bathroom! -Breakfast was generous although a large, rather rude wedding crowd in the morning packed out and rather obliterated the... Not sure why this is rated so highly. Yes, the staff are friendly and it is quiet, but the rooms are not well equipped. The shower door was rusty and falling off, there was no soap provided (nothing but a couple of shower caps and one glass). The mini bar/fridge was empty. Just one blanket on the bed and one... More

When we got there, we were disappointed at not having coffee making facilities in the room, like several pictures show. I was told that we needed to book a 'superior' room for that, or else pay Eur.10... More

The room is great! Access to public transportation is also fantastic. They also give you the option of taking a bike to visit the city, the staff spoke a above average level of English than what I experienced in the rest of Italy. If you go to Bologna it is worth renting a room here. P.S The breakfast, which was... More
