Opened quite recently - early 2000s I believe - this hotel has a business-oriented feel to it: the functional and slightly bland decor being not the least contributing factor. The early 4.30am check out was friendly and efficient. The single bed was fairly comfortable. The room seemed slightly too dark (with both wall lights on) and slightly too warm but... More

We stayed here for one night. Good points: it's cheap, near the station, and breakfast was included in the price. The staff were pleasant enough. Bad points: it's located on a rather grim street which seems to be favoured by the local drunks and other people of a lively disposition. What's more, the hotel interior is in a late 70's... More

Good location, near railway station which is also a destination of airport shuttlebus.Good breakfast, Wifi, friendly service. My room was a bit dark, walls seemed to be of a brownish color. However, a good element was the bathroom: very bright, spacious with large mirror, newly done. Another large, floor lenght mirror was in the hall, opposite to the bathroom door,... More

The positives, good location, quick walk to the city centre (10 minutes) and also close to transport. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The negatives, room was dingy and dark, and very small. Holes in the wall, and the mattress had such a deep sink in it that I had back problems for a couple of days. Bathroom was OK,... More

This is a hotel offering bed and breakfast in the heart of Bologna. The room we had was clean, apart from the smell of someone smoking before we had the room. The room was tired looking and needed decorating. Saying that it is ideal for a bed and breakfast stop over and priced fairly. Bathroom, although clean was in desperate... More

We chose the Millennhotel because of it's proximity to the central railway station, and as a convenient place to stay after travelling for several hours through Italy by train. The bedroom was fine and included free wifi and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Although this is a 3 star hotel it is a good product and the breakfast was excellent.... More

Last minute booking landed us at Millennhotel. Assumed it would be acceptable considering the price and previous comments. Wrong. Did we get the worst room in the hotel ? Dirt everywhere, even on the tv control. Dirty carpets, worn bed cover, rusty shower, broken toilet. The hotel must be cutting back on budget; one tiny soap for 2 person. Front... More

The hotel is on the street parallel to the central train station. Its a 5 min walk but the area can get a bit shady in the evening with drunk locals walking around. There is a Hertz rent a car in the hotel. The hotel is updated and clean. The rooms have white walls and the bathroom was updated as... More

The biggest drawback here was breakfast. The attendant was overworked and struggled to provide a clear table, food items and coffee. Not disastrously be disappointing. The strongpoint is proximity to the Railway station and Car rental which was good for us. It's a little away from the historic centre but still quite strollable I wouldn't be put off if value... Our rooms didn't look anything like the professional photos. Very plain. The bar area is not open for guests--only for parties. Internet works sporadically. Wi fi works only in the lobby. The location is good--one block from the train station, 15 minute walk to the old town. We were there in May, before the air conditioning system was activated. Rooms... More
