We had been booked to stay here by our travel agent. After walking about 30 minutes for the train station on a mid 30 degree day we arrived to this so called 4 star hotel. Don't think you will be able to check in any sooner than 3pm even if you are dripping of sweat from your exhausting walk there... More

We stayed here for two nights and it was really comfortable and relaxing. Close to the stop for Bus 13, 19 and others that takes you straight to the city centre. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and modern. Really enjoyed the breakfast as well. All in all it was a great short stay.

We were a little worried after reading the reviews on here but thought, £30 for one night, we'll manage. We chose it for our last night as it closer to the airport, only 15 mins away. Sure it's a little out of town but convenient when you have to be up early to catch a flight. I'm pleased to say... More

Every thing was very good; right from check in to the check out. Staff at the reception were friendly. Breakfast was of good quality and service staff were very friendly and were speaking in English. So, e2e experience for my family who travelled from the UK was great!

I've decided to spend two nights in Bologna after a visit to Rimini this July. Wasnt my first choice but had an early flight to Seville so a place like Firenze couldnt happen. Good things: -Good breakfast. -Comfortable bed. -Not far from the airport. Bad things: -Air conditioning didnt work. Hotel promised to fix or give us another room but... More

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean but the free wifi was poor, and I gave up after trying a few times to log on. The paid wifi (3 euros) was marginally better. The shower temperature had a preset dial which couldn't be adjusted. The breakfast spread was decent. Parking was charged at 15 euros per day,... More

1) They do have internet, but if you are hoping to stream a movie (youtube): forget it. To do that you need to pay extra for 'fast' internet. 2) Are you hoping to eat in your room? well, be ready to pay for 'extra cleaning' 3) You don't like cigarette smell? don't worry, by the end of your stay you... Stayed for 7 nights in June 2015. Booked via Travel Republic and thought room was clean and good value including a decent breakfast.(Note, a city tax is payable at the end of your stay). Mine was a standard room but I understand larger rooms with a seating area are available at a higher rate. About 25 mins walk to the... More

I've stayed in Grand Hotel Elite for 3 nights and in my opinion it is not entirely a four star hotel. The location is very good, rooms are spacious and the staff is excellent, but the hotel itself seems to be build in the 70s and remained the same since then. In my room the sliding door to the bathroom... More

overall Good hotel, breakfast good , clean room with good friendly service, its a bit out of town about 30 mins walk to town centre, there are bus stops outside hotel if you wish to use them, the only fault we had was the dark wood everywhere just makes the place look a bit dark and out of date but...
