We were impressed by the reviews of this hotel and decided to book it. We were not disappointed. The staff are amazing! They are so knowledgeable and so kind. Mary on reception gave us excellent advise on which cities we could easily travel to - Ferrara and Ravenna-which we did and were richly rewarded in the process. They also recommended... More

Excellent location, right off main street and 10 minutes from train station. Excellent staff, friendly and great restaurant recommendations. Excellent breakfast, excellent coffee and food selection. Excellent rooms, clean and very spacious. Excellent air conditioning. Will definitely stay again, just not in June. Temps and humidity too high for us from Las Vegas.

it is a good three stars, with one extra surprise: the bathrobe ! bathroom wide, good shower; the water closet table was not fixed properly room wide enough, good bed; good position in a small (typical) side road; a very nice setting; breakfast just correct for the hotel class and, maybe, ambitions; not unforgettable; price entirely correct considering the fact... 2 adults and 2 teens stayed here in one room in July 2013. Our room was enormous - I've never stayed in a bedroom so large, let alone a hotel room - its the size of a big apartment. The double bed area and the twin bed area were separated by a long 'corridor' and a bathroom so perfect for... More

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. Situated right in the middle of town, very near to shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and overall we had a good stay and don t mind recommending this hotel. The room was quite spacious but the old finish and furnishings make it look very tired. A part of... The hotel is very well situated in the middle of the centre, near shops and restaurants. Rooms big but not cosy, bit depressive. No refill of the buffet when late for breakfast. The bed matrasses were very hard, causing pain in the back. No luxury in the rooms, nor in the bathrooms. .

Friendly staff, great location, clean and spacious room, good quality bed, fresh and complete breakfast (for Italian standards). Only minor are the tile floors (in combination with the inevitable high heels). Would, will, definitely return!

Stayed here three days. Toilet seat is falling off the toilet. Doors to the wardrobe are off the track and almost fell on us. The shower does not work worth a dam. No English channels on the television. Room was very spacious but sparsely furnished.. Room was very clean! The breakfast was typical European. Location was very good!

The hotel is not so close from the train station but a short (and cheap) taxi ride away, located in a small street of the main avenue. Receptionists were friendly and polite, our triple room (for 2 adults + 1 child) was on the top floor under the roof, so although it had a limited view outside it made up... More
