I guess it`s along the lines of you get what you pay for but there seems to be quite a difference in the standard of the rooms and wildly varying discrepancies in different room reviews. We chose this hotel for ease of access to the station and the position was good, about halfway between the station and town centre and... More

We only had the one night in Bologna, arriving latish that evening from Finland. We chose this hotel because it was close to the old town but only twenty minutes by hired car from the airport. Another bonus was the secure, locked car park charged at a reasonable amount per night. Before leaving for our next destination, we had some... More

We arrived to a friendly and helpful welcome and everything about our stay was good. Room on the 5th floor was clean, comfortable and had a great view over the city. The breakfast had plenty of choice although the breakfast room is a little small. The staff were a great help to us finding various places although everything is within walking... More

Is hotel is ideally located less than 10 minutes walk from the main train station and bus station towards the old town centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful. Staff friendly. Only slight downside was the wifi dropped out every 30 seconds, but that's first world problems really. Would definitely use again.

We stayed for 2 nights and this hotel was a good choice! It's within easy walking distance of the town centre. There are good ristorante 5 minuter walk away. The staff were all very helpful and breakfast was plentiful. Good value for money.

This hotel offered exactly what we were looking for: A very reasonably priced place that was clean, comfortable and close to the city. The bed was big and comfortable, everything worked in our private bathroom, the staff were friendly and spoke enough English to be helpful. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choice.

A cheap hotel option, with a decent breakfast and short walk to the train station, but not the best place to stay. Comfy enough room, but it was dated and we had constant problems with the hot water. One staff member was helpful and directed us a few good places to eat, but on checking out early on our last... More

The hotel is located very well for a city trip: close to the train station, to the major shopping street and only a 10 minute walk from the Piazza Maggiore. The breakfast choice is very good, but the breakfast area is too small and sometimes very crowded. The rooms on the 6th floor are very small. There is no room... More

Breakfast was fine and the staff seemed nice. My room was certainly not in the photos advertised. It was small and dark, the carpets were worn and dirty, they looked like they hadn't been changed in years. I didn't even have a towel in my bathroom, unless their idea of a towel is the size of a bathmat.

Good location, around 10 minute walk into the centre of old town. The room and bathroom were both quite large and I had a sunny balcony with a great view over the city roof tops. Breakfast was enough and there was variety to have different things each day. The staff were helpful with resteraunt bookings and taxi orders. Bed was... More
