From what I understood from the receptionists me and my fiancee should have been really lucky to even be allowed in this hotel and from that point on any attempt of some sort of customer service was just unnecessary. I understand that Bologna is the bastion of the communists in Italy, but there are some universal customer care guidelines that... More

Nothing much to complain about, it provided the basic lodging and bathroom. The breakfast was really terrible though, I remembered being quite turned off with breakfast and walked across to a fastfood restaurant across the road. Quite far from everything.

Very easy to reach by motorway/ring-road. The historical centre is a 15-minute bus ride or 40-minute walk away. Good 3-star hotel facilities. Excellent value for money if you find an offer and pay up front. Far from the historical centre (not a problem for us, but could be for others). Bed sheets could have been cleaner.

We went to Bologna as a surprise for my husband's birthday and booked this because it was relatively inexpensive. Pleasantly surprised by the room. I am very allergic to mosquito bites and our air con was broken so we chanced it and left the windows open one night. My bites were very bad and management sent a maintenance man up... More

I went there for the children's book fair. We spend there two nights. The price and the location was really good value. They have a restaurant where we ate dinner one of the days. And it was really yummy. The breakfast was really really good. We payed 5€ and it was full of everything you'd need, eggs, toast, yougurt, all... More

We stayed in this hotel one night. It is 30 minutes walk to go to the city centre, but it is ok. We paid for breakfast separately (6EUR/person) which made the total price bit higher that we expected at the beginning. There was quite a good choice in bufet during the breakfat. The room was clean. I would recommend to... More

If you are good with 30 minutes walk to old city center, this hotel is what you need. It has nice, clean rooms and showers. If you want to have breakfast at this hotel, you have to pay 7EUR (if it was not included in your reservation). Breakfast are quite OK, a lot of things to choose from and cappuccino... More

We stayed here after our airplane arrived in Bologna. Since it way sunday no busses went so we had to go by taxi (15 Euro). Our (cheap) room had a cool rainbow shower! A nice meat restaurant a short walk away. Breakfast ok.

I spent in Hotel Fiera 2 nights. The room was clean with big and comfortable double bad. Air condition could be stronger but assuming that temerature outside was almost 40 I understand it might not be efficient enough. Someone else wrote a comment that staff was rude and there was no map of the city. I did not face this... More

Poor breakfast, dirty room and bed. Uncomfortable pillow, bed. Very very tin bath cabin. No slipper, no shampoo, no hair conditioner and no hand towels. So, only bed in the room but it's also very bad and uncomfortable. Safe box didn't work, hotel guys couldn't fix it. And, most importantly, AFTER 21PM THERE HAS NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM.
