My wife & I stayed at the Albergo Atlantic for 4 nights in April and have to say that the hotel cannot be faulted on any part of their service. The hotel can easily be reached by taxi from Bologna airport (20 euros approx) but we caught the Aerobus (available at 6 euros each, one way). Get off at the... More

This is a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. This was our first ever visit to Bologna and we used tripadvisor to make our decision on where to stay. It met our expectations for its rating and compared well with other hotels we had stayed at. The only downside for this hotel is the thin walls. You can hear conversations... More

We had a nice vacation in this hotel. Bologna is a very nice city to visit with extraordinary food. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and kind. Although it was not the best hotel we stayed in, the room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was italian style, quite good. The worst thing... More

We picked Albergo Atlantic Hotel for its proximity to the cookery class I was attending, and it was a great choice! Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and central location. With the help of a GPS it was easy to find and even the street parking proved to be without hassle. Breakfast was more than adequate too.

The Atlantic hotel was very central, a short walk from Bologna train station, no more than 5 minutes. It was also down the road from a fabulous ristorante called Il moro for some yummy bolognese ragu and right next door to a lovely and very friendly pub, the rose and crown. Rooms were comfortable and clean, wifi great. Breakfast was... More

This small unpretentious hotel lies half way between the modern and massive Bologna train station and the city center where most of the city's monuments lie. It is a mere 5 to 7 minutes walk from either location. The receptionist was friendly and responsive to your needs with good English. My clean room came with a double bed (even though... More

We stayed here for 1 night for a quick visit to Bologna. The location is fantastic, room a great size, nice bathroom, (no bath though), comfortable bed, and very clean. You can walk anywhere, the staff are very friendly, and breakfast is fantastic for Italy standards. There is parking garage right across, 15euro per day, and it is also an... More

I stayed in this hotel for 13 nights from July 28 to August 10. It was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel may look simple from the outside but it is indeed a true gem! I was given a single room on the second floor with high ceiling and an adequate-sized bed. The room was always clean and well-maintained. The... More

I stayed here for one night in June after staying at the coast for a week and needing to be nearer the airport for an early flight. What a little gem. I wished I'd stayed longer. The guy on reception was a star. I was early, but he took my bag and stored it so I could go out and... More

We had a lovely room - clean, large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the lady on reception was brilliant at finding a doctor at short notice. Via galleria was really interesting and very close to all the main sights. Recommended.
