Very central, clean and well fitted out. Decent wifi too. Andrea was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. It's a 5 minute walk to the central piazza, 15 minutes to the city walls and Parco Margherita, which is great for kids. There are plenty of places to eat and the entire city at your doorstep. I'll definitely be... More

We found Via Marsala 11 to be a great location. We didn't have any noise problems even though it is very centrally located. Very appreciative of washing machine with laundry powder and clothes air dryer. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Supermarket handy. All good and no complaints. Wifi worked well too

I was amazed when I first saw the apartment - it is so clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. It is in a fantastic location, near the centre and with lots of good cafes, restaurants and cake shops nearby. Special mention needs to be given to the staff who were so friendly and helpful. I stupidly left... More

Had a great week in Bologna, staying at Residenza Ariosto. Nice and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Great location. Thanks to Andrea and the staff. Will definitely go back. Don't miss the very nice and old style restaurant next door, Trattoria Belfiore.

Conveniently located on via Marsala just off via Indipendenza in the heart of the city center, Residenza Ariosto has spacious, clean apartments fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. If you need anything Andrea is available any time (we had to call him for a slight problem with the lights and he was there within 5 minutes). We very... More

The apartment was very centrally located on Via Marsala. The place was spotless and had everything needed for self-catering accommodation. Salvatore who met us when we arrived was friendly and helpful and was always available by mobile if you had any problems. There was also a very helpful cleaning lady who assisted us when we checked out. There is no... More

To the owners' credit they have tried hard to present attractive and comfortable accommodation, but some elements are outside their control. It's noisy, the location and apartment layout make it claustrophobic (to our standards) and although on one hand this apartment is in the city centre,on the other hand it is a less than salubrious area, with graffiti everywhere and... Hello dear guest, thank you for your review and your critiques. We always appreciate costructive critiques, but i have to tell you that in this way you are criticing the look, the characteristic and the “layout” of the town itself: the historical center of Bologna is full of arcades that make the town a little bit claustrophobic for some people.... We had a small studio apartment in the city centre, near to the basilica, university and many restaurants, and 10-15 minutes walk to the station. It was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a small kitchen. The facilities are good if you are staying more than a few days and have time to go shopping and do your... More

We stayed at the Residenza Ariosto for two nights and had a great experience. The apartment is beautifully furnished and comes with a small equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom even includes a washer with detergent! The location is great. Close to the shopping areas, and some great restaurants and trattorias around. Wifi is included for... More
