We vsited Bolognia at the end of June. We stayed 5 persons at apartment. Aparment is just a few meters from via Indipendenza which is one of main avenues. Train station takes... More

We stayed at the Residenza Ariosto for two nights and had a great experience. The apartment is beautifully furnished and comes with a small equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom even includes a washer with detergent! The location is great. Close to the shopping areas, and some great restaurants and trattorias around. Wifi is included for... More

My sister and I stayed at the Residenza Ariosto for a few days last May. To be honest, we picked this place originally because it was a killer deal, but we were so happy to find that it was so much more. It was the perfect spot to explore the town. It was close to the main action, but down... More

good location for eating, drinking and shopping. Got problem to switch on cooker, called Andrew, the owner, just 5 minutes arrived. Excellent service! We all so happy to stay in the apartment. Recommended!

Situated just off one of the main streets its centrally located and very near the piazza Maggiore and other major attractions. The apartment itself is fantastic, well equipped, its got everything to be honest including washing machine and Iron with great air conditioning. The bed is big and comfortable and there's spare pillows in the cupboard. I really can't say... More

We spent two nights in a one bedroom studio - which we loved. The room was very big and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The location is very convenient and close to a lot of good restaurants, supermarkets and a fantastic wine bar. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags at the... More

We stayed 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor of the main building. Fairly basic but everything you needed. The best thing is the location, 5 minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore which is the main centre of the tourist area. Close to restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. Highly recommended.

Apartment is basic but large and all you need for a visit to Bologna. Great restaurants and shops steps away. Great host offered lots of local information and restaurant recommendations. Main room is sparse but provided a common area for spending with apartment mates.

We spent five nights at Residenza Ariosto, and were delighted with our accomodation! Right in the centre of the city, close to sights, enoteca and Coop. We arrived on a late flight and were greeted warmly by a lady who offered to book us a table at a nearby trattoria for a late dinner. Service was excellent. They made reservations... More

The pros: Andrea was very nice and accommodating. He actually upgraded our room for us. It was great having a washing machine in the unit. Even though it was small, it was nice to not waste hours sitting in a laundry mat. The bed was comfortable; and even though we didn't use the kitchen, it was well stocked with pots,... More
