We liked everything about it. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Our GPS took us right there and parking was in a small locked bay right next door. Great location to the Piazza and shopping. We just walked in as we knew they would not be busy after Christmas and got a great rate. more

Very lovely and helpful staff. Reasonably spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is ideally located, but don't try to drive there yourself without GPS. The only place we stayed that we had to pay for a wireless connection. more

After staying at a couple of other "charming" hotels in Italy, it was nice to come here and be pampered a bit more. We found this hotel to be everything we expected. The location was a delight. It's very quiet and only about 2 minutes away from the main piazza. The rooms were very modern and clean. We stayed at the Capello in November. The room was modern, pleasant if not a bit dark. Location is very central in a quiet back street location.
