We stayed at the apartments for a night in June, the apartment itself was ok. Clean and provided the bare essentials, it is not far from the station or centre as Bologna isn't big anyway. We found the room too hot and the air con didn't work. The breakfast provided was pitiful, it was due to end at 9:30 and... More

I had to stay at Bologna for one night, since I was travelling as part of a group of 8 people as work colleagues. I have to say there is pros and cons of this hotel: PROS: very close to the railway station, room was comfortable, bathroom was clean, even though the shower cubicle definitely too small.... but had a... We arrived at hotel Astoria & were allocated a terribly small room with only a high window which you could not see outside. After showing our dissatisfaction was given another room, this time with a balcony. Room was neat & tidy, lock on balcony door broken, shower cubicle extremely small. Lovely breakfast and good to have free wifi. A good... More

We stayed a night at the hotel. Pros: the room is comfortable, the bads are great. The bathroom is large and clean, all utilities were functional, the wi-fi is working. The location is close to the center and most touristic attractions can be reached by foot. Cons: the reception service is rude, gives a feeling they angry with everybody. The... More

I stayed in one of the Astoria apartments for 4 days, I had to pay the entire stay when I checked in, without having the possibility to check the apartment first. The apartment was supposed to have free internet connection, but I never managed to connect and I was obliged to go to the library every day. In the bathroom... More

We stayed here for one night on our way to Venice, the bed was comfortable the room and bathroom clean. Parking is available for a surcharge , this beats trying to find non existent street parking which you have to pay for anyway. As with most European hotels we have encountered the walls are thin, no tea or coffee facilities in... We reserved in anticipation for our trip and the surprise we got at arrival it was that our reservation was cancelled (and without any notification) the staff at the lobby spoke very little English so he was harsh and almost irritated when we tried to explain that we didn't canceled anything it was the HOTELS.COM site that without reason or... Nice and comfortable hotel, 3+ stars, well located on a quiet street, 5 min from train station, 20 min from old city center. Rooms are clean and pretty big, well equipped, breakfast is OK, nice staff. Overall great value for the money. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located from a short walking distance from the railway station and the centre. Overall clean budget hotel and location was calm. I could not recommend the breakfast though, especially if you go bit later. Everything was finished and no new fillings were brought.
