I've spent a night for business reason. I got a tidy and clean room with a double bed, it was not very large but ok for a single. Room was good with the exception of a small problem in the shower. Breakfast was very good. Lobby is large with convenient meeting rooms we used during our stay. Service is excellent.... More

This hotel is probably one of the most beautiful hotels that we have ever stayed at during our travels. This place is so beautiful, it could pass off as a museum to visit. Absolutely gorgeous properties with a lobby that just makes you feel so special. The staff were extremely professional and very helpful with any and all of our... More

When you walk in the lobby looks like a throwback 1980's traditional hotel with loads of velvet & chandeliers ….but it's great! Staff are unbelievably personable, friendly, will do anything for you and KNOW the city. The concierge, Mr. Dondi, knows his stuff. He is the Classic Italian Man at the front desk who will take care of you in... More

Chandeliers, green floral carpet, gilt framed pictures, marble, wood.....its a bit like entering a 4 star Las Vegas Hotel!....that said there is nothing to complain about this hotel. We were there just for a 2 night weekend break. 20 Euros by taxi from the airport and back - (make sure you allow plenty of time for your return getting through... More

Enjoyed two stays here during September. It's a very elegant hotel, beautiful and very grand reception area, huge chandeliers, and a warm welcome at reception from staff who all speak perfect English. Room was spotlessly clean, a good size, but no kettle, or tea/ coffee making facilities were provided which was a first for me in many years of worldwide... More

Stayed here upon arriving in Bologna for 3 nights. Room well appointed and good, bathroom excellent, desk staff very helpful and pleasant. A short walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. Great breakfast, selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, yogurts, cereals, sweet rolls and bacon and eggs (scrambled and hard boiled). In a quiet area.... More

We recently spent 3 nights here. the Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Bologna central station. It is located on a quite street 10 minutes walk from the main square. The reception area is magnificient with a huge central chandelier , surrounded by others. The staff are very friendly. The superior double rooms were spacious with balconies. The bathroom was... Used chocolate paper in the safe! Unnesessary complicated access to Wi-Fi, had to contact Reception to get the procedure, and you had to pay, although a conference hotel. LScanty choices for breakfast, no fried eggs. Otherwise excellent! Short distance to the portals.
