Stayed for 5 nights during the fair. I've got an apartment for 4 pax, managed by the hotel, just a few doors away from the hotel. Reasonably priced, considering its a peak period, good location, breakfast was great, beyond my expectation. Super helpful and friendly staff..throw them any question ... they will find solutions. Location is a bit chatter noises... More

I stay in this hotel whenever I visit Bologna. It is just a short walk from the main railway station and a very short distance from the city centre. In spite of its central location, it is amazingly quiet. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though sometimes (especially the bathrooms) a little cramped. The staff are friendly and cheerful and... Pro: Location, friendly staff, Contra: Very small singular rooms withe miniature beds (some very dark too), old carpets with stains etc., good cappuccino but otherwise I didn't like the breakfast at all (e.g. on the second day there was not even fresh bread, cheese and ham were sweaty, sorry)

My husband and I stayed here when our son was studying in Bologna and found it to be basic, but very comfortable. The desk people were welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts were delicious. Conveniently located to the central area.

We stayed at the Hotel Paradise as a group of three friends and originally booked a triple room but were upgraded on arrival to a suite. The suites are in a block across the street from the main hotel. The room itself was superb - the beds were comfy, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, there was lots... More

What a dump!!! Nice people but crappy hotel. It was the worst hotel I stayed at in 5 weeks of Italy. It does not deserve the trip advisor rating (14) it got. It galled me to see all the trip advisor certificates by the shabby elevator. The air conditioner in my room barely worked. During the day I had to take... More

Dear David, we are really very very sorry you had such un unpleasant stay with us. :( If you only had told us your disappointment just after your arrival , we could have tried to solve the problem you are telling us now. We know Guests from US are used to a stronger air conditioning than Europeans, but honestly we... More

We had a quick stayed in Bologna for two days in early June. This sweet little hotel is in an excellent position about 2\3 of the way from the station to the main piazza so it’s an easy walk even with luggage. It’s about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the centre. The wonderful staff were always very friendly and... More

We've stayed twice at the Paradise, and we enjoyed it both trips. It's about a ten or fifteen minute walk from the train station, so it's an easy walk if you travel light. It's located on a small side street, so if you're not familiar with the location it's good to have a map or use your phone's map app... More

My wife and I spent 2 nights in Bologna and stayed at the Paradise Hotel. Our room (302) had 2 skylights which added considerable light and cheeriness to the room. The bathroom was small but very functional. The breakfast (that was included) had lots of variety. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to Ombretta and Marisa for your... More

Our group of 4 (2 couples) have just enjoyed a few days in the Hotel Paradise in Bologna. It is difficult to sing it's praises highly enough, from the super welcome, well appointed rooms, very pleasant and helpfull staff, excellent breakfast selection, and many small but lovely touches, like sweets dotted around, umbrellas for guests, and good advice on restaurants....
