Generally stay away from railroad or bus station's vicinity, but this hotel was a great exception. Across from Bologna's central rail station, this hotel offers great accommodations, clean and very comfortable big rooms. Great breakfast and conveniently located right across from the rail station.

The hotel was fine for our one-night stay (we had a plane to catch the next morning). The concierge was efficient with check-in and check-out. If you are using Bologna as a hub for day trips to other parts of Emilia-Romagna, this hotel could work for you because it is so close to the main train station. However, for exploring... More

Excellent hotel near the railway station that is a safe area. We were upgraded to a deluxe room that was excellent and spotless. The breakfast buffet was superb except for the strange selection of 3 juices that must be an acquired taste. We found the location near the railway station to be quite safe and very near to the main... More

We made Bologna a pitt stop whilst driving to Southern Italy from the UK and it is a comfortable and convenient hotel for a short stay. It is a taxi ride to the centre of Bologna (about 10 euros to the towers) but very easy to get taxis as there is a stand at the train station across the road.... More

We stayed here on the first night of our trip from Italy. It was a hot evening, and we'd been traveling for 16+ hours. So to be able to hop on a bus from the airport, arrive at our room and find it COOL, quiet and clean and perfectly well appointed was a great surprise. We walked to a nice... More

This hotel is opposite the train station and all that represents - busy and a a transient population outside. Location is good if you are driving as it is outside the limited area. All that said, once you get inside the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is an exception - they could not care about their guests and... More

Plans changed which required an overnight in Bologna. We booked last minute based on other TA members recommendations, the price and the location of the hotel. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was big, spotless and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the hotel felt secure. The room AC worked but didn't get the room cold. I... More

Perfect location for the train station and walk to town centre. Room quiet but a little tired. Kettle with complimentary tea/coffee bags. Shower desgned by a madman with the intention of causing splashouts. Personnel in general not too cheerful. Breakfast with good variety but mediocre produce, sometimes plain poor (e.g. the fruit juices, the coffee). Functional, but at the pirce... More
