Booked a flat for two nights based on reviews of the main hotel. As others have noted, checking in at the hotel is a hassle. Arrived to the building which gives a good first impression, hallways are bright and very clean. Upon entering #10 we were hit with the overwhelming odor of stale cigarette smoke. The walls were very dirty... More

We initially trei to get a room at the Albergo delle Drapperie near Piazza Miaggore but as they were full they offered us an apartment in Residence delle Drapperie. It was a slight hassle having to go to the hotel first to check in and pick up the smart card for the apartment but after that there was no need... More

The apartments are located about halfway between the train station and Piazza Maggiore but you have to go to the Hotel Drapperie to check in. The apartments with the kitchen are a little bigger than the picture on the website. The kitchen is not very well equipped but sufficient for snacks and breakfast for two. The apartment is cleaned every... More

A quiet place, good location. Kitchen equipment very minimal; no knives, cutting board, only 3 place settings and no serving bowls or extras. Located far from hotel check-in so hard to ask for needs, such as tv that didn't work right and light bulb burned out. But bed was good and water was hot and the daily cleaning very good.... More

I wanted to stay at hotel Albergo delle Drapperie after finding it on the net however after enquiring via email they said they were fully booked but could offer me a room in their apartments at a very reasonable price (€60 a night). We had to check in at Albergo delle Drapperie then walk to the apartments which was fine... More

http://www.residencedrapperie.com/index_e.html I was very pleased with the apartment. I reserved one with kitchen facilities and it was more spacious than the pictures on the website. The kitchen was minimally equipped but sufficient for storing snacks and making coffee. The location was very good and the price (60 euro a night) was great. I would be happy to book this apartment... More
