Having to travel to Bologna often every month I have for the past few months taken up residency at Lai Residence. I must say I feel home from home here. Very comfy large spacious apartments and great welcoming staff... a must !! more

The second I booked this place I regretted it - as I discovered that an additional 50 euros had been added to the cost of my booking which I hadn't agreed to pay. Should have cost 118 euros for 2 nights but ended up costing 168 euros! Is that not illegal? For that price I would have booked somewhere else.... more

The extra charge for the final cleaning of the apartments were clearly indicated in the Serviced Apartment Policies area before and after the reservation, connected to that particular rate. In order to aviod dispute, we mouve to a new all inclusive tariff. The apartment are fully equipped with double or twin bedroom. on request. Your sincerly, Lai Reisdence Bologna.
