We've been staying here for several years, every February on business. It had character and was comfortable. Some things needed doing, the bar was old fashioned, the lifts miniature, the bedrooms had quirks, few cupboards, leaking shower, etc. We asked for extra pillows, more coat hangers - there were only six between us, and spare blankets.
