location only 5 min from central station, so its convenient but its right on a major busy road. Only 15 mins walk to plaza maggiore. the lobby is always busy and the breakfast area is right next to the lobby/entrance, and tables/chairs are just basic. There is a coffee machine available through out the day, in the breakfast area. Breakfast... More

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to !! 2 days at approx. €700 in a cramped double room end of Sept 2015. Shower not working properly, manageress Barbara promising 10% refund and never refunding the money. Horrible breakfast...Italian disaster !!

We stayed here for my 40th birthday celebrations, taking two doubles and a single. We arrived early, on Ryanair flights, so our rooms were not ready, but the reception provided coffee until one room was 10 mins later. The rooms are clean, fresh and modern and great value for the price. The hotel even left of bottle of fizz in... More

The hotel is on a busy main road, close to railway station and directly across road from coach terminus, an enjoyable 15 minute walk to city centre. The hotel is 3 storey, and has a big (but quiet) apartment block behind. Rooms are clean, bright, comfortable. No kettle, but tea/coffee is available in reception. Some confusion though, one receptionist said... More

I wouldn't really call it a "design" hotel. It more like a regular soulless Scandinavian 3-star chain hotel. You can tell there was a decent plan once, but it's not carried out to all the way. The room reminds me of my Peugeot 206 - Looks nice if you don't get to close, but it's obvious that a few corners... More

The hotel is in a great location great value for money. Breakfast is pretty basic but OK to start the day. The hotel was nice and clean but very noisy location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It felt safe especially for women travelling alone which we were. The train station was just a few minute walk. The only downside... More
