In the very center of Urbino, very close to public parking. Very clean, towells are changed every day, quiet, breakfast rich enough (though the same every day). The staff was very kind, warm and very helpful. For us was the perfect choice. We (2 parents and one 8 year child) highly recommend. Denisa, Romania.

There is nothing at all that can be written about the architecture of the Hotel Italia, despite the fact that it is in the historic heart of Urbino. Nevertheless it offered perfectly comfortable and clean accommodation. The hotel is near to the lift to get to the underground car park. This is convenient. You can park directly outside the hotel... And, it's a nice, clean, comfortable, and inexpensive hotel, to boot. Helpful staff at the front desk. Pretty good breakfast buffet (but get there early before the best pastries run out (they don't get replenished). An elevator (great for the creaky-knees set). Nearby parking (one block to an elevator that descends to the bottom of the Urbino hillside where an... More

well situated in this hilly town close to the centre with some pleasant rooftop views from room. Rooms small but very clean. Breakfast very good and pleasant staff. Parking advertised was public parking some distance from hotel but but half hour facility to unload luggage at hotel door.

Excellent breakfast. Renovated to modern standards, but not luxurious or or old-world charming. That's fine by me, as Urbino has lots to offer and the hotel offers excellent value. Although an antique room can have its charms, I find they usually charge more than I think they're worth: give me function first.

Greeted by helpful staff.Clean, spacious comfortable room with delightful views, the breakfast was more than adequate. Yes, it lacks Italian authenticity, but this has to be balanced against good value for money and the convenience of being in the heart of this beautiful city. Would definitely recommend it. You are able to park outside the hotel for arrival and departure and free... More

Pro: quiet room with little balcony overlooking the medieval rooftops, very good position in the heart of the old city center, parking nearby and free Con: lack of authenticity and decoration, irrelevant stuff, poor breakfast

The staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean. Lots of high pressure hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast is very good. The price is very good. Many have said the hotel is modern and bland; well so it is, but so what. We came to visit the town and countryside, not the hotel. For me,... More

Urbino is a hidden gem of a town which hasn't (yet) been spoiled by mass tourism - think a little version of Florence nestled in the beautiful Italian hills. Given the size of the town there is not a huge choice in the way of hotels, but you could do a lot worse than stay a night or two here.... More

The staff was most gracious, helpful and caring. Location is excellent. Breakfasts are outstanding. Highly recommend the hotel. Parking at the lower garage worked out well with the elevator to the top of the center of the city, .50 euros per person for up and then for down. Dr. Daniel Stabile, Falls church, VA 22046
