Good location on town walls, but don't stay here if you can't manage a steep climb. Lovely views from hotel. Al fresco breakfast was reasonable. Nice quiet location. No help with bags on arrival. Nice enough room, but (big) bath only, wifi intermittent/poor, no tissues, pedal bin broken, and no-one answering reception phone. Reported broken bin at Reception, but nothing... More

A challenge to find on the Garmin. Just inside the walls at at the lower end of old Urbino. We called to have them direct us properly. Tiny elevator. The room was okay, a pretty tight fit and the bed was low and somewhat soft. The bathroom was pretty cute, Obviously had been remodeled and all the accessories were stylish... More

Tough to find even with a garmin but worth the search. Located at the "bottom" of Urbino's walls, you have to walk "up" to get to the cool stuff. If you have ambulatory situations you should probably skip Urbino. If you have wheels, what a cool city. Great restaurants, some good shopping, great frescoes in churches, birthplace of Raphael (no... More

This hotel is at the edge of town and is a wonderful gateway tot the old city. The accommodations were very nice with a luxurious bathroom. The views from the room were phenomenal, and the service was friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

My two days here were somewhat marred by the dreadful wifi. It was just about possible to get a connection using a smartphone but even doing emails on a laptop was impossible regardless of the time of day. The male receptionist frankly couldn't care less. Female receptionist the following day, however, was very sympathetic and did what she could to... More

Stayed here on a motorcycle trip around Italy. Location of hotel is superb, right on City Walls ... uphill, but easy walk into town. Friendly staff and made to feel welcome. This is a local hotel and as such I like it. Hotel has reasonable rooms and bathrooms, but not spectacular. You are paying for the location. Bit trivial, but... More

We spent two nights here, and wish it had been longer. Nice, clean, comfortable room, lots of hot water, soft bed, free wifi, and reliable air conditioning. Delicious breakfast in the garden, with lots of good choices of eggs, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, meats, and pastries. The staff at the desk and at breakfast are top-notch, answering all of our questions... More

We stayed here years ago and we only checked in for 1 night, ended up extending for another 5. Years later we managed to find it and its still as good. Some rooms can be a little small, but I love it. You've got parking right at the front, small charge involved, beautiful views just across the small street and... More

I've stayed two nights at this charming hotel and I would return here in a heartbeat. The old town centre is a 2 minute walk, you can park at the front and the rooms are lovely. I've stayed in room 216 and I was treated to a beautiful spa bath! Urbino is a gem and this hotel makes the experience... More

Booked by phone and we discussed rooms which resulted in taking the Suite del Duca which was well worth it as it had a nice little sitting room - ideal as we were there for five days. The hotel main reception, and this suite above it, has a great view over the walls to the surrounding countryside. The suite has... More
