We stayed here years ago and we only checked in for 1 night, ended up extending for another 5. Years later we managed to find it and its still as good. Some rooms can be a little small, but I love it. You've got parking right at the front, small charge involved, beautiful views just across the small street and... More

I've stayed two nights at this charming hotel and I would return here in a heartbeat. The old town centre is a 2 minute walk, you can park at the front and the rooms are lovely. I've stayed in room 216 and I was treated to a beautiful spa bath! Urbino is a gem and this hotel makes the experience... More

Booked by phone and we discussed rooms which resulted in taking the Suite del Duca which was well worth it as it had a nice little sitting room - ideal as we were there for five days. The hotel main reception, and this suite above it, has a great view over the walls to the surrounding countryside. The suite has... More

We were given the Suite del Duca which has been referred to by other reviewers, and is a room to be marvelled at; views to die for, a large and comfortable bed, lamps you can actually read by, and the most luxurious bathroom we've ever encountered. The bathroom itself must have cost thousands, but well worth it; a jacuzzi bath,... More

We had booked a one-night stay at the Bonconte and although we arrived well before the check-in time, were courteously shown to our gorgeous room. This was spotlessly clean, elegantly furnished and with stupendous views from large windows on two aspects. The bathroom was absolutely splendid, with 'his & hers' basins, a massive mirror, a jacuzzi bathtub and a very... More

Stayed with a friend one night in Hotel Bonconte in September 2013. The outdoor eating area is charming, room views are spectacular, and it is right in the town. All of the employees were very helpful and happy to help us in every way. I highly recommend a stay there if you are traveling to the area.

I stayed with my family in the room "Suite del Duca", that is a suite with a large bedroom and a living room where can be accommodated two people. Location: the hotel is very close to the main square of Urbino, you have to climb a little to reach it but it is very easy and you are far from... More

This hotel is located just inside the city walls, with the main squares a short uphill walk away. Urbino itself is lovely -- don't miss the Giardini Pubblici at the top of the via Rafaello for great views over the city. Also the botanic garden in the city centre is a little oasis of peace. The hotel is fairly average... More

If you love Italy and specially the Renaissance you must visit this small city. Once you arrive in the Raffaello birthplace you feel the renaissance atmosphere every where. The ideal is find a hotel inside the city walls so you never need a car. Walking let you feel the essence of the place with all the senses. Of course here... More

We stayed here nine nights and were very happy with the hotel. All the staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite. We didn't dine here as we were usually with others in Urbino and there were plenty of places to eat in town. We had breakfast in the local bars which was much cheaper than the hotel. We tried to...
