This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. It was very dirty and everything was broken and in disrepair. Their credit card reader was broken so they made all of group with no transportation find our way to ATMs to get cash. We (three adults) stayed at this hotel as it was close to the Villa D'Este (or so we thought). We had a hire car.
The location is out of the way and poorly signposted.
When we finally got there the photos on their web site do not reflect the hotel. Built in 2000 it looked like it was still being...
