We (three adults) stayed at this hotel as it was close to the Villa D'Este (or so we thought). We had a hire car.
The location is out of the way and poorly signposted.
When we finally got there the photos on their web site do not reflect the hotel. Built in 2000 it looked like it was still being built and needed a facelift.
The room was OK but small. We had a balcony to look out over sad and tired houses. The shower was cold and the airconditioning did not work (not a problem for us but would be one in the height of summer)
The owner was friendly but spoke little English but he had very nice German Shephard dogs and puppies.
Though the we site said parking was available we could not get their gate to open so had to park in the street which was not really a problem as it was a little used one.
Breakfast comprised coffee,fresh croissants and the ever present dry toasts. Nothing else.
By the way, do not eat at Ducks down the road. Fast food placde with...
