Lovely old family residence (converted to B&B), with authentic furniture, marble floors. Bathroom modern and clean. Our room had beautiful view with a balcony. Car parking outside. Short walk to bus to catch bus to Rome. Limited english. Breakfast was very basic. Lighting wasn't great - for reading!
