Very helpful and informative staff, with excellent local knowledge. Immaculate rooms. Felt like being in a 4* hotel. Excellent central location for Tivoli and all the heritage sights. Easy commuting distance to central Rome.

Catillo B&B made our stay in the fascinating town of Tivoli just that much better! It is located near everything - sites, restaurants, energy - which makes parking a bit of a challenge until Marco showed us the way - but great to explore. The staff makes you feel truly welcomed and go out of their way to enhance your... More

We stayed for four nights in September and truly loved this little gem of Tivoli. They organised everything we needed - as we were taking our 3 year old daughter abroad for the first time they even arranged a taxi with car seat to collect and take us back from the airport - nothing was too much trouble for Marco... What a fabulous place, so beautiful. Don't do what we did and ignore their instructions. They told us not to use Sat Nav, but we did anyway and spent a hot and frustrating hour driving round Tivoli. When we stopped and read the instructions properly, just past the hospital, it was easy. Marco then kindly came in the car with... More

I was taking my family all around Italy by car and needed a place to stop between Southern Sorrento and Central Assisi. As I looked on the map, there was Tivoli right in the middle. I had been to Tivoli Gardens and Villa D’Este 4 or 5 times on previous trips, Hadrian’s Villa twice – but always only for the... More

Massimo (max) and Marco were very helpful when our car got towed away, they helped with the local police and with a recalcitrant towing contractor ! All was sorted as best they could so many thanks to them for their aid ! So if you have a car park in one of the nearby car parks . Our room 203... More

We got excellent service from Max and his mate, they suggested us to walk and see Villa d'Este rather than Villa Gregoriana. That was excellent choice, we loved the garden. We were there first in the morning at 8:30 am, and we walked along the paths alone, nobody was there. We really could enjoy the experience. They also advised us... More

It is difficult to imagine how this place could be any better, it really is superb. Arrived feeling very hot and flustered having carried our suitcases from the station, with all the steps involved not for the feint hearted - get a taxi! Massimo's welcome made us feel at home immediately, especially when he saw how hot we were are... More

Understanding our needs, booking with Massimo was trouble free and we had a grand long weekend in Italy. Flying at the crack of dawn to Rome on Friday, Massimo laid on a very helpful lady chauffeur to meet us at Fiumicino to take us to Catillo, we were given a guided tour to Tivoli, there and back when we left... Very friendly and helpful people. The room and bathroom were of top notch standard. 5 star! Better than most hotels I have stayed in. Really central. Stay two to three nights plenty to see and do. Very easy to get a train from Rome 30-60minutes depending on the train. Highly recommend this B&B.
