My daughter and I stayed in a twin room. The room was small to average in size with very simple furnishings. It would have presented much better if the very plain, thin bedspreads had been replaced with something just a little more appealing. The bathroom has been renovated and is sparkling clean. The shower cubicle has plenty of hot water... more

Perfect hotel on the outskirts of Tivoli. Large room with larger terrace overlookig a wonderful view. Sparkling clean with every facilty including excellent shower room. Good traditional Italian breakfast. Staff really friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant at the hotel but the restaurant Ciocco next door is excellent serving wonderful fish. Cannot say much for the rest of Tivoli... more

A little tricky to find but not bad. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean. Rooms were clean, A/C was great since temp. were near 100F (40C). Definetely the place to stay when visiting Tivoli. 10 min. walk to Villa D'Este and, next door to Villa Gregoriana. Great views of the villa and... more

The Hotel Sirene is a remarkable hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views over Villa Gregoriana are stunning. Our room literally looked over a crevasse of waterfalls and ruins. Gorgeous! The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff (especially Rosie) was remarkable. We were there to be married, and they made my hair and make-up appointments... more

We were delightfully surprised when we walked out on our large terrace that overlooked an ancient temple and a gorge with waterfall. The view was spectacular beyond our wildest dreams. The close proximity to the Villa d'Este and Hadrian's Villa - both unbelieveable must see attractions - and the comfortable, clean, modern room, made this a highlight of our trip.... more

The hotel is great! The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. This was appreciated as the drive in was absolute hell! If you are driving through Tivoli, brace yourself. You have a better chance of seeing God than finding a parking space anywhere in the whole city, and the roads are narrow and very busy with cars/mopeds/pedestrians, and, as with... more

Room 302 definitely needs refreshing. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, above the shower, which created a musty odor when using the shower. Hotel personnel would only refer us to next door restaurant (Ciocco) while we were asking for the best place in town... Luckily we found extraordinary Antico Ristorante Sibilla (great food and service in an... more

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. I definitely recommend spending the extra money for a room with a terrace. Our terrace was huge and gave us the most spectacular view of the waterfalls and villa down below. The hotel staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. more

For starters this hotel apparently was the first hotel to have electricty! This hotel was originally a villa built around 1865 - so it's quite modern compared to its surroundings. We decided to find a hotel outside of Rome because we heard driving in Rome was a nightmare. Tivoli wasn't the greatest for driving either. The hotel was a bit... more

Stayed at this hotel 16th - 21st June 2005. Its spotlessly clean, elegant, courteous and helpful staff. Very convenient to all amenities in Tivoli, The Villa d'Este, Villa Gregoria and a short taxi ride from Hadrian's Villa. If you have a car it is difficult for parking and the hotel provides breakfast but no restaurant. The reason for the latter... more
