I went to Rome very excited but when I walked in the guest house I was very disappointed it looked like a terror movie. The man treated me really bad, I wanted to cancel my reservation and stay only one day but they didn´t let me and they had my credit card info. The room was dirty and awful, the... More

We stayed in Rome for two days. We had to lodge there and we found this place, lovely and absolutely central, rooms very large and comfortable. Wooden floor has been much appreciated.especially in this period. Well a lovely place. Breakfast a little poor, but u can have a coffee all day long.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Walters rooms and magic place hostel in Rome. Walter and his staff, Nilanka were Extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great for our budget, clean and in a central location. If this fits your budget then it is a good option

We stayed here five days. Send them an e-mail from your arrival and print your booking in English or Italian. It will be helpful by checking in :) A Sri Lankan family runs this buisness, with two or more apartments. They' re not pro's but they are trying. The guests were rude. For example: - You have to wash the... More

We stayed here for only one night - and I'm so grateful we didn't have to stay longer. The actual block of grubby flats this guest house is situated in is enough to dampen your experience of Rome alone. This was NOT a guest house but like walking into someone's dirty bedroom and handing over your passports for them to... More

Terrible hotel, it smells, it is dirty, small, everything is of poor quality, the owner and the staff are rude and also aggressive if you're unlucky. Don't ruin your stay in Rome, this hotel is not worth it.

I was traveling by myself and my first encounter with the receptionist was frustrating and rude. After getting in late, he made it look like he was doing something important and just made me wait on the sofa. The room was small, though clean however it was on the same level as the reception and kitchen therefore it was so hard... I stayed there for about three days in August with a friend. The guy at the counter was rude with my friend and I, but I received an email of apologies later which was really thoughtful. The lady that takes care of one of the floors was really nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit small but my roommates and... More

although the room was nice and comfortable, the receptionist was rude. Also the next morning we were unceremoniously told to leave the accomodation, and offered a another room in another building at a way higher price. They were very racist, though one of the sri lankan helpers was extremely helpful. i do not suggest this place.
