Hotel recommendations and pictures promised a bit more than realized. Don’t get me wrong, hotel was ok and decent. It was quiet and service was ok, even though, English was quite limited. However, there were some little things (6) that bothered us. I already knew that there is no gym at hotel but there wasn’t any contract made with local... More

Lovely Hotel - centrally located. we were fortunate to have an outstanding view of St. Peter's Dome from our room. Staff are courteous and facilities throughout were clean and kept that way. Included Buffet breakfast was fine.

Just returned from a week long holiday here. It's a nice, clean hotel, with helpful staff(most of them). Okay the good and the bad; The room - we stayed in the superior balcony view room, decent sized space but maybe expected a bit bigger for a superior. The balcony was good size with nice plants and half decent view of... More

I wasn't sure what to expect when I saw that only 57% of trip advisor users recommended this hotel. That's usually not a good sign. However, my partner and I decided to stay there the last two nights of our trip to Italy. What a pleasant surprise! The room was very nice and had a bed that could not have... More

Nice hotel, but unfortunately a bit far from the main tourist attractions of Rome. It is quite close to Vatican (a five minute drive, or 20 minutes by foot). The bad part is that if you return from Vatican by foot, it's going to be a tough uphill walk. I must say it is a bit expensive considering its location.... More

My boufriend and I stayed at this hotel in April during our road trip through Italy. I really liked my stay here. the first thing I noticed was that half of the rooms had a balcony (that would be the half that you see in the picture). We were lucky enough to get one of those rooms. The balcony really... More

Good hotel, extra bonus having a pool and jacuzzi. excellent reception staff. The reception man was great sorting out my problem with the pool guy. The pool guy had said I couldn't use the pool as he had added acid. After I complained and the nice man on reception spoke to a professional I was told it was OK to... More

We stayed here our last night in Rome after getting a last minute deal that seemed good. We knew we wanted to go into the Vatican in the afternoon before heading to the airport the next morning, so it seemed like a great option. The lobby area is very nice, but unfortunately that is the only place to access Wi-Fi,... More

First impression was good, but it went downhill from there. The hotel is difficult to find and is quite a far distance from "St. Peter". We were early and left our luggage in their holding room, asked the on duty clerk about getting a taxi to the Vatican. He seemed irritated that we even asked. Americans seemed to be in... More

Had a difficult time finding this hotel as it was Sunday in Rome and everything was closed so couldn't ask for directions. Taxi driver was unfamiliar with the name but knew the location more or less. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the free Wi-Fi was only in the lobby and the rooms didn't even have data signal... More
