I am only posting this review because of the hotel's excellent restaurant "Botte di Bacco". This is modern Italian cuisine but with traditional ingredients. Tagliatelle with wild boar and orange zest was unforgettable. The place is a bit difficult to find, outside of the city centre and with not many road signs. The hotel is nothing special and not good value in my opinion. Our room was small (but they also have slightly bigger ones) and wih carpet, which is unusual in Italy, but had frigo bar, and the ensuite was very clean and modern. Service was not that friendly either.
You may be able to find a better place to stay, but you definitely won't find a better place to eat! Check the hotel's website for photos. more
