Cecilia met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment is simple but very functional and very well located, only 10 minutes walk from both the Vatican to the west and piazza venezia to the east. Bus stops to termini station right outside and several shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for a trip to Rome.

We have been to Via dei Leutari apartment and it was absolutely marvelous! Being in the very center of Rome it leaves you possibility to walk to the main attractions of Rome. The apartment is located in an old building with 4 m high ceeling, very quiet, had everything you can think of, very clean, very comfortable bed and beautifully... More

Stayed there for 2 days during April 2014. Very easy access from Ciampino airport and a very friendly welcome from our host Cecilia. The room had a little kitchen with everything we needed, clean towels and hot water 24/7. The location was ideal for our walks all around the center!

Stayed with Cecilia's suites from 27 March to 2 April at the via del Governo apartment. This apartment was very clean, had decent kitchen facilities, a small but functional bathroom with good hot water and is in an excellent position for touring in Rome. We found it not child-friendly as the bedrooms are on separate floors and the stairs in... More

We had a great time on our trip over Christmas. My family of five booked the apartment near Piazza Navona for two weeks. We had delicious food at our door step and were able to walk to practically everything we wanted to do. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet, despite being in such a busy part... More

Great location, very near Piazza Navona; you can walk to almost all attractions. We took a taxi only to Apian Way. Good restaurants right up the street. Close to the best gelato in the world! Well equipped, spacious apartment with lovely antiques. Two bedrooms, two baths. Arranged for privacy for two couples. If you must have wifi, this is not... More

Our stay in Cecilia's Appartments in the Centro Storico was very pleasant, it is situated right in the Centro Storico with nice shops, cafés and restaurants. The appartment is spacy, clean and comfortable and Cecilia was very helfpul, friendly and prompt with questions we had. We can recommend this place to all Rome visitors.

The best thing about this apartment was it's location and size. It is very close to Piazza Navona, to restaurants and bus stations. The keeper is really nice and the place was very clean. It is quiet yet close to ice cream parlors, restaurants and bars.

Everything was more than perfect! I recommend Cecilia to everyone that really wants to see Rome and worry only about th weather. It is the third time that I choose to visit Rome and stay in one of Cecilia's appartments and the third time I choose wise! Cecilia thank you for letting me have a lovely time once more!

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
