I am on a holiday with my boyfriend and we are intending to visit Rome from 31october to 3 November. We have booked this hotel- buone vacanze but realized we were unable to cancel our reservation when we both decided to stay elsewhere. The hotel owner has been extremely friendly over the phone but unfortunately unable to alter the booking.... More

This place has a paper-thin walls, you hear every word from the adjacent rooms and corridor, and traffic noise is huge even when windows fully closed. Impossible to sleep! Very cold rooms! They never change towels. Also owner's not accepting credit cards and insists to pay for all the nights on arrival. I never experienced such a treatment. Host speaks... More
