Stayed there 5nights for vacation. Exterior was disappointing but surprisingly the interior was fantastic. Simple, clean, new& well-equipped B&B. Toilet was clean...There's espresso machine& simple snacks for breakfast. Location not far from the Metro station..

Our 5 day stay was most enjoyable. Gianni was very helpful and drove us to and from the town a few times each day as we had no car. It is about 40 minutes walk to Levanto. He found us good restaurants each night in town for dinners. It is a nice quiet location out of the town and a... More

We stayed here for three nights in October 2010. Primarily chose it for the proximity to Stadio Olimipico for a U2 concert. But it is also close to the main centre too. There is a tram (the no.2) at the bottom of the street which is very handy and will take to Piazza del Popolo in 5 mins. The room... More

Small lovely nit and clean B&B, close to the center of Rome. Efficient and simpatico service by owner, Antonio. Rates are very reasonable to what one gets. 3 couples of travelers from Israel visiting Rome will gladly choose Vignola again when be back to Rome. Arivederci

We searched all over for accommodation in Rome because it’s one of the most expensive cities in the world to visit. We didn’t want a run-down hostel near the main Termini Station and we didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars in an over-priced hotel. This B&B (the concept of B&B is still quite new to Rome) is located near... More

Staying in Flaminio

Neighborhood Profile
Flaminio
The Flaminio area has been making a name for itself as a hub for contemporary architecture and art. Over the past decade, Flamino’s grassy knolls have seen the rise of cultural centers - amazing feats of architecture like the beautiful Ponte della Musica, the wavy contemporary art MAXXI Museum, and the futuristic Parco della Musica, a music complex where international names perform. Flaminio also has traces of the 1960 Olympic Games with Palazzetto dello Sport and Villagio Olimpico, the athlete’s Olympic village turned residential housing. If culture means a ball and a foot, keep your eye on the prize: Rome’s famed Stadio Olimpico soccer stadium is just a short walk across a bridge.
