The B&B is situated very close to the Vatican and has great access to Pizzaeria's and many restaurants. A great place to stay, Michele the host was very welcoming, after making us an expresso, and gave us information of where to eat (where the locals go!) and loads of info on the city. This is an excellent place to stay for people who want to explore rome. It is few minutes from the vatican museums and St. Peters. Arrived in Rome by train from airport. Got fleeced by un-metered taxi (paid 35 Euro, should be approx 12 Euro) from train Terminii to B&B. So make sure you always use metered taxi in Rome. Just back from 5 days in Rome having stayed at the Ancient Romance B&B and loved every minute of it. This is a fabulous little B&B situated just minutes from the Vatican.
