Hostel is in perfect location. Close to the underground (metro) station and literally 5 minutes walk to Colosseum. Nearby (down the street and also 5 minutes walk) is plenty of great restaurants with great food and lovely bars. Place felt safe even at late night/early morning. Next door is the Tourist center (small) where you can buy a Roma pass... More

A little hard to find at first but very convenient location near the station. Door of the B&B is next to an eatery. Valeria is soo so nice and helpful she made our stay great. The room and place was clean and secure. When I come back to Rome, I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Bavaria Hostel. The breakfast was really good and the owners Giorgio and the nephew are really nice people. Always ready to help with anything you need and suggest you where to go around the city. The room was really clean and the toilet as well. The position of the hostel is really good as... More

Were told we were staying in a different building which didn't bother us.Rooms were a good size. Had a breakfast laid out every morning. Only downside was the lift could carry only 2 people but with there being 3 of us we had to make multiple journeys.

Really good location. OK breakfast, just toast and jam. Georgio was good if you asked him questions but his English isnt the best. Clean, with hot water but quite small and quiet hostel. Air con is a fan!! Cheap and cheerful

As we stepped foot in this hostel, the woman asked us what we needed. I told her that we had a reservation. She snatched the reservation papers out of my hand, said "oh my god" and then slammed the door shut on us. We waited for about 10 minutes. She came back and told us that she was going to... More

I went here and found that the location was the best part of it. Valeria, the host, was great in giving me good tips about the city and going through what I could do with my time there. The breakfast was fine and I had a hot shower. She also let me keep my bags there when I passed through... More

I stayed at the listed address. Luckily I'd read about the unlabelled front door and just found the number to buzz in. It's fairly close to termini station. The street it's on can be a bit busy so I feel pretty safe around there even when returning early early morning. It can get a bit noisy though with traffic outside;... More

We were supposed to stay 2 nights and stayed 5 because we felt so comfortable. Valeria is the woman in charge. She is sweet, helpful and caring. She is always cleaning and here to answer questions about attractions. She gave ua tons of information. She allowed us to stay and hang out until 8pm when we had to go termini... More

I stayed at the address listed. Conveniently located near Termini station. Valeria is an excellent host, she loves to meet all of her guests and does everything she can to make them at home. The hostel is quite small so you get to know everyone and spend time together in the common room which is great for meeting new friends.... More

Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt.
