This hotel is designed for couples. Just spent 2 nights here and the room, service and overall experience was very pleasing. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they watched our bags while we explored Rome. When we came back our bags were already in the room and they had music playing. Very spacious room for Europe. Only... More

We are happy our Staff took complete care of you just from the very beginning by keeping your luggage in order to let you explore Rome immediately and finally by giving your welcome in your... More

I booked suite sistina as a surprise weekend in rome for my wifes 30th. We stayed in the royal suite and what a choice. The massive whirlpool bath was great after a long day walking around the city. A huge round bed which although a bit cheesy was very comfortable. It has a separate dressing room and sound system controlled... More

We arrived in mid January and the welcome from the girls in reception was superb. They could not be more helpful or friendly. They allowed us into our room despite us arriving before check-in, they insisted on carrying our luggage and they gave us a brief overview of the city and recommended restaurants without being asked. Nothing was too much... More

I booked a 2 night Rome trip as a surprise for my wife to celebrate both our 8th wedding anniversary and 10 years of being together. We stayed 14th to 16th December 2014. At the time of booking we did not know my wife would be expecting our second baby whilst travelling. Important? Well our room was four floors of... More

We stayed at Suite Sistina in October - it was amazing! It's not the cheapest way to stay in Rome, but it might just be one of the best. It's romance personified, tucked away behind a nondescript door, down a quaint little side street a short walk from the Spanish Steps it just what you want - trying to find... More

Dear Laurence, thank you for the nice words you spent to describe Suite Sistina, particularly to consider us an ideal Romantic escape, a perfect hiding place among the narrow and pittoresque streeet of Rome surrounded by nothing but the personal touch of our attentive staff and our amenities of great design . We really appreciate it! We wish to welcome... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights from 28-31 December. We stayed in the Deep Purple room, which had a comfortable round bed, a free standing bath and shower in the room, mini bar with snacks and drinks, complimentary toiletries and music playing when we arrived. Thanks to the friendly reception team who were really helpful (and provided us... Poor Quality fittings that were falling apart in the shower and bathrooms, had to change rooms due to the fact that ants appeared in the shower cubicle. Very tacky mirror balls in the room, very uncomfortable beds, would have preferred to sleep on a snooker table, probably more comfortable!! Oh and it was lucky we went when it was cooler as the air conditioning... More

Suite Sistina is a small boutique hotel, with rooms in two buildings just across from eachother on the Via Sistina. We stayed in a very cool room called Lullaby, which although a little small and without any view, was decorated to an extremely high, modern standard - including huge jacuzzi-style bath and an iPad with surround sound music. Staff were... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
