We loved our stay at this hotel. Our room was on the top floor and they have an elevator to help get you there. The shower bin filled up with water quickly and you would have to turn off the water for a minute to let it drain and then resume the shower. Also, it could use some one or... More

My wife and recently spent a week in Rome staying at this hotel, which we booked through Expedia. The hotel is in a quiet area of the city and is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk away metro station Lepanto. It provides a good base for walki to Castel San Angelo and St Peters Basilca, Vatican City. Other attractions we... More

Lovely little hotel with some great design features but could do with stepping up the maintenance of the fittings and fixtures. Seems the standards have slipped a little since the website was created, the rooms are really clean and well designed but quite a few shabby corners and damaged fixtures and fittings which let the hotel down, bit disappointing as... Ah, I don't really know how to review this place. Pretty much we booked on Expedia, after a train from florence to Rome we couldn't wait to relax. We arrived to the hotel only to be told "there's an issue, we over booked" right, how do you overbook? Especially since we pre paid. Anyway, they got as another room at... More

ΑΑΑ hotel choice. The hotel is located very near to Lepanto Metro station, an area very suitable for the Vatican day planning and the centre of Rome (Spagna). The room is comfortable and clean, quiet air conditioned and the breakfast is fair. The only (-) is the internal soundproofing which might need to be developed. Anyway it' s a choice... More

On arrival I was given the dreaded 6B (yes, the terrible room that TripAdvisor reviewers warned against taking) at first. The tap and the sink in the bathroom are in still broken, six months later, and the room is still dirty. When I complained I was given a better room, much cleaner and facing the street. The decor through out... More

We have just finished a stay in this hotel. On arrival we were informed that there was am issue with the water supply in our room and we had to spend the 1st night in the hotel next door, we hadn't been advised of this in advance unfortunately. We spent the 2nd night in the hotel but unfortunately the water... More

We arrived at the hotel early, so we dropped off our bags, and the hotel staff stored them safely until the room was ready, then placed the luggage in the room for us. The room was clean, with nice decor and plenty of space. Breakfast was offered, although we didn't take advantage of it, so cannot comment on the quality.... More

Hotel Beldes exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a safe area, we felt comfortable walking everywhere day and night. There were several wonderful restaurants around the corner. The room was spotless and the place was charming. Breakfast was first-class, hosted with a touch of elegance. We'd certainly stay here again!!!
