We had booked a room in Via dei Coronari, although when we got there, they told us that our room was in Piazza Sant'Angelo. That was not a problem at all, because the area was perfect with nice view. The thing that annoyed us a little was that the room was half under the basement. On the other hand, the... More

We stayed there for 8 nights (Room VIA FRATTINA). Location was amazing but we didn't have the best nights sleep. There was a person above us walking around all night. Also we could hear a lot of noise from the street. Room was basic but clean but not with a double bed as we expected, just 2 single beds stuck together,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location was amazing and we were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. However we didn't have the best nights sleep. We were in the building across the street and I think there is also apartments in this building. The person above us was up all night and was walking... More

This is a classified as a guest house because there isn't anyone on reception after 2pm, and even before then it is quite sporadic, so not for those who expect help with directions etc. Otherwise great. Room was fairly small for two people but we weren't in it much. Nice clean bathroom with shower. The front door was hard to... More

Upon arrival we were told that there is no room in the booked location and were directed to a room which was about 0.5 km from there (not 100 meters as was said to us). It turns out this a different hotel although we were told it was the same hotel, and its located on a very busy street with... More

Based solely on location, I must give this hotel(?) er...B&B (?) um...room rental with private bath(?) however you would categorize it, I must give this place a high rating. Around the corner from Piazza Navona, very close to the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Easy walking distance to Spanish Steps, Via Veneto high end shopping and the Caravaggios in Santa Maria... More

When arriving at this hotel we were told that there was a flood in the room we had rented. They had us carry our huge bags to another hotel about a 15 minute walk. It seemed very shady to me even though the other hotel was MUCH nicer than this hotel. We wished we could have just stayed at the... More

First, I must say that the location is wonderful. Walking distance to many of Rome's landmarks, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navonna, a bit of a longer walk, but doable, to Vatican City, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. There is a large number of local food options. And easy access to bus lines. However, Residenza Domizia is kinda hard... More

Though lacking in customer service, the room ~ and most certainly the LOCATION - are unbeatable!! We unexpectedly arrived later than the identified desk closing time of 6:30 to find the door locked. Some wonderful nearby hotel and restaurant staff helped us find a staff via telephone and we were then instructed as to how to get to our room.... More

We made a reservation in Residenza Domizia in the via die coronari, but before we checked in we got an email to tell us that we had to go to another location. It was a bit further, but also very good, especially to use the public transport. It is not a real 'hotel' in the typical sense: it is just... More
