The staff makes this place. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and provided with a map and good tips. The rooms are clean with a fridge and it's close to the station (although still some way from all the sites). The cons though are a poor breakfast (served from 8:00), very small bathroom with no place to but anything and... More

Very good stay for a great price. Having the metro nearby made the whole city very accessible, and our host gave a great brief orientation with a map of the city that helped us figure out our best routes. Would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I had been studying abroad in England and spent our midterm break in Rome at this amazing bed and breakfast! We had been staying in hostels for about the same price all over and found this place online and saw that the price was about the same as hostels we had been staying in so we booked... More

My friend and I shared a room in this hotel for 3 nights. It had reliable wifi and was clean; bed was comfy. Most importantly the price was right, about 18 euro a person including the Rome hotel tax. The two guys we met who worked there were pleasant and helpful. Pino especially was fun to hang out with and... More

We stayed at Independence Square Inn in Rome on Oct 12-15, 2012. We selected a room with air-conditioning and an ensuite bath. The room was on the courtyard side and furnished very modestly but clean. We were grateful to have the wardrobe space and it also had a small fridge. The bathroom was quite small and lacked any counter space... More

We found this place looking to cut our costs in Rome- great value. Smallish and not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Pino, our host, is funny and very helpful, raised in the States he made our first couple of days in Italy much easier. We had a private bathroom ( I would have a hard time giving that luxury... More

We found this place on hostel world.com and it got great reviews on there. The location is a 5 min walk from the main termini (main train station) which is super convienient for travellers! And easy to find is you just google map it before hand. There's also a metro station at the termini so that's great too if you... More

The Hostel is really close to the main station termini and therefore a really good choice if you want to discover rome with buses and the metro. The room was really clean, also were the WC and shower. The breakfast was also pretty good, the owner was very helpful and was always eager to help us, giving us a lot... More

The hotel is really close to termini station (5min by walk). Host was helpful, give us informations about neighborhood and give us a map of Rome. Also we booked a room with shared bathroom, but get one with private one for the same price. That was nice suprise:) Room are not big, but really clean. Reccomend.
