Not a luxury hotel and showing its age in places but it is in a good location with excellent sea views and good transport links. Very Disappointing ! 21x21" showers , Black Mold, No control over A/C, noisiest spot on the beach. Everything is dirty. Super small rooms for the price, Can't seem to hold reservations even when you prepay!.

We enjoyed our stay at Belvedere. Yes, the hotel is a little worn but more importantly, it is clean. Breakfast was more than adequate (cereal, pastries, yogurt, etc.) and the coffee was delicious. We stayed at Belvedere in the fall when temperatures were great for the balcony. Most other aspects of the hotel were acceptable knowing its barely a three star hotel.
