We chose the "Home" as a Kosher B&B, however it was so much more. The location was out of the hustle & bustle of the center of town, in an upscale residential neighborhood, very (!) conveniently located: right across the street from a bus to the center of town, and only 2 blocks away from the metro. It was nice... More

We stayed at The Home in Rome in August 2014 for 3 nights, including Shabbat. It is a great location because it is not far from the center but also unable to really see non touristic neighborhood. People warmly welcomed us and took time to explain us and show us around. The apartment and the rooms are very spacious and... More

Every year we come and every year we are welcomed as family. The cleaniness of the rooms is at the usual standard and the help of Jada and her staff we were instrumental in helping us book other places for our week later in Tuscany. I can not stress enough how comforting it is to have a friendly and warm... More

Between 24 to 30 October we had the pleasure to spend part of our “Italy Holiday” in the above Bed and Breakfast Hotel, which we had found on the Internet along with many warm recommendations. Adding ours, we want to express our appreciation to our welcoming hosts who have managed to Add to this the option to order – Kosher!... More

We now understand why this is called "The Home in Rome." First, let me state that I have stayed at other hotels in Rome which were MUCH more money and not as nice, spacious or hospitable. We truly felt at home. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by one of the owners (Giada) who spent time with us explaining public... More

I received a warm welcome when I arrived, even though I was late because I got lost! The lady was very warm and welcoming, and ready to give any information on using the Metro, kosher restaurants and shops, maps and so forth. I was shown to my room which was for the first night a lovely family room (I had... More

We heard about the special hosting in "Home in Rome" from my sister. We stayed only for two nights but we felt like we're staying at our family. Jade was so kind and nice, in a very extraordinary way! Very very recommended! Thank you Jade!

We had a very special time in this Kosher B&B. We were in Rome with our 18-year old son, and therefore rented 2 rooms with a shared bathroom. Since kosher light breakfast is provided, it saved us much time in the morning - to start sightseeing earlier. There is a fridge with drinks and snacks/cake/tea-coffee are available all day long.... Going on vacation for the first time as a couple was a wonderful experience, made even more memorable by the staff at The Home in Rome. It started off with getting e-mails asking us how we would get to the B&B, and then having a driver organized for us by the staff of The Home in Rome, bringing us (without... More

This B&B was truly an amazing home away from home! The atmosphere, the huge clean room, the amazing & nutritious breakfast cannot be beat! Set in a quiet building in a beautiful & prosperous area, we had a wonderful weekend at our only Home In Rome! A special thanks to the staff for their wonderful service and helpful advice on... More
